What is lacrosse?
Lacrosse combines hand-eye coordination, strategy, endurance, and teamwork. Players use a lacrosse stick to pass, catch, and shoot a ball into the opponent’s goal.

West Bend Rush is a co-ed youth program for players in 1st–8th grade. Boys’ and girls’ lacrosse use different equipment and rules. Our coaches can help your player get started.
